Madison and Andrew got married at the beautiful Carl House in Winter of 2019. The Carl House is an antebellum home located in Auburn, GA (between Atlanta and Athens) and has a rather large grounds for a wedding… The wonderful thing about those sorts of weddings is that there are beautiful scenes in every direction… The day started with details and getting ready shots of the bridal party, while the guys got ready in the adjacent rooms upstairs at the venue. Even though it was February, the weather was pretty mild, and everyone was pretty comfortable for the outdoor photos around the property. As the sun went down, everyone lined up for the wedding ceremony in the back-patio area. The sky for their ceremony was the beautiful dark blue only found during the last few minutes of twilight. Their wedding marked the first of many weddings, were I was actually requested to take the ‘kiss’ photo from the minister’s viewpoint to get the crown in the background. Once the ring exchange was completed, I knew that it was time for me to head up front for the photo… They shared their first kiss as husband and wife as all of their friends and family got to watch and cheer in the background. The reception was so much fun with dancing, speeches, cake, and even a special birthday celebration for grandma… Before long, it was time for the sparkler exit out the side entrance for the Carl House…
