Adam and Kristy's wedding at Rose Hall was one of my favorite weddings from 2017. Rose Hall is known for the 'hallway' of rose bushes that creates the aisle leading down to the alter for the ceremony. It is a unique location that produces unique images. We started the day with detail shots and photos of the couple's daughter with the wedding dress. She was too cute and like most other kids, she was very inquisitive of the sound of the shutter. We quickly worked with the guys for their photos and then did the first look under the large oak tree out front. After working with the couple and the full wedding party, we were ready for the ceremony. The service was beautiful between the rose hedges. After the ceremony, we finished the last few formal photos and quickly transitioned to the reception. A surprise storm blew in for the introductions and first dances, however the rain didn't stop the fun. The dance floor opened up after dinner and we snuck out for some night time portraits after the cake cutting. The bouquet and garter toss signaled that the night was coming to an end and the crowd was able to dance with the couple for a few more songs before the sparkler exit. Luckily the rain stopped prior to the exit and Adam and Kristy waved goodbye to all of their guest before heading out for the night.
