The Georgian Terrace is an incredibly unique venue in Atlanta. How many venues have an amazing outdoor space for the ceremony and then have a reception space near the top of a skyscraper? De Leon and Christopher had their wedding at the Georgian Terrace and it was spectacular. The bridal party got ready at one of the local hotels where we could overlook the game happening at Suntrust Park. Once everyone was ready, we took them downstairs for some photos outside before switching over to the guys. We were able to do all of the photos of the wedding party separate and then got ready for the ceremony to start. The ceremony space had a beautiful fountain in the background with skyscrapers in the skyline. Friends and family all shared special roles in the ceremony while the couple shared quick glances at each other. After the ceremony finished we worked on photos of the two of them together along with photos of the entire wedding party. Before long, it was time to start the reception with the first dances and speeches. After the cake cutting, De Leon changed clothes to for some special dances she had planned with her bridal party. The reception was a blast with lots of dancing and it seemed like it was over in the blink of an eye… The couple did the bouquet toss and everyone lined up for the sparkler exit downstairs. Since so much time would have been spent on the elevator (going up and down), we opted to stay just a few minutes after the end of the reception to do a couple of extra photos of the couple at night…
